Requirement to Include "From Date" and "To Date" in Trial Balance & Excel Export - SAP Business One

Hi,

We require that the "From Date" and "To Date" selected while generating the Trial Balance report in SAP Business One be explicitly included as fields/values in the Excel output.

Currently, while exporting the Trial Balance and other Financial reports to Excel, the selected date range is not visible in the output file. This creates difficulty when reviewing or sharing the report, as there is no direct reference to the reporting period in the exported document.

Hi @hk-123 ,

I'm afraid this is not possible. However, the date range does appear on TB when exported to PDF. If you manage to export PDF > XLS, it could be a temporary measure until SAP includes the desired fields in the report output.

Hi Felipe,

Thank you for your response.
However, this is not helpful for us. We have already checked and are aware that the PDF version contains these fields. Our requirement is to have these fields available in the Excel export, as we need to modify some data directly in the sheet, which is not possible with a PDF. We also tried converting the PDF to Excel, but the output was not usable for our purpose.
Kindly consider this requirement for the Excel export, as it is essential for our reporting and data handling.
