Request for Mass Upload of Journal Entries from Excel for Multiple Companies

Dear SAP Support,

We need to know if there is a way to upload journal entries in bulk via an Excel file for multiple companies. Due to the nature of our business, we manually process many journal entries through files, and we currently have to prepare a separate template for each company (we manage over companies). We would need to be able to post journal entries for several companies at once using an Excel template.

Is there any way to achieve this?

Thank you for your inquiry. In SAP Business ByDesign, journal entries can be uploaded in bulk via Microsoft Excel templates, but currently, the standard system requires separate templates for each company. There is no standard functionality to post journal entries for multiple companies at once using a single Excel file.    Regards
