reports missing data in FBL3N

Dear Expert

we have problem when we export report from FBL3N transaction the report is empty

Do you have any idea about this issue ?

Have you searched Support Launchpad - kbas/notes to see if this is a known issue with your connect method? Sapgui or other?
If not, search for export list, or the general capability used rather than the tcode.

Did you have the same problem with other ALV export

• Check your SAP GUI installation, check Excel security settings such as Macros, look for some FAQ OSS notes and use Forum search tool

Did you extend the line item report

• Refresh ALV buffer with report BALVBUFDEL
• Check the ALV Grid consistency (some errors even if corrected during display can prevent the export)
