which report gives me PO number and PR number against that PO ?

Hi Balaji,

I don't know standard report...if the experts can tell you it's OK, if not you can use SE16+EKPO. Fields EKPO-BANFN & EKPO-EBELN make the connection between PO & PR (if the PO was created from a PR at all).

Use ME5A with marked to Closed requisitions

and also use ME80FN with the selection of Purchase Order History

Use SE16 with EKPO table.

Hi,

Select report ME2M / ME2L. After executing the report as per your selection criteria, select Details list icon. You will get the PO number alongwith the respective PR number. Also you can get the report in ME80FN.

If this doesnot suffice your requirement, you can get the data from EKPO table. If this is your regular requirement, then create query in SQVI by using the table EKPO.

u can get the same report by using EKPO table.

if u mention the PO number u will get the Pr number in BANFN field.

you can see this info in ME5A report. make sure you check the closed PR box.

hello,

this is a 2 step process for PO-> PR  Mapping 

step 1 

Go to se16n  T-CODE  then write a table name EKPO (Line Item) for po  select  the  PO number  and copy it.

step 2 

Go to se16n  T-CODE  then write a table name EKET (Scheduling Agreement Schedule Lines)  now just paste the po number that u have selected and you will get the report PO doc and PR Doc Number  with line Items
