Report for Creation and Change of master data History in SAP BYD

Dear SAP Experts,

In the report ( Configuration Change Hisory ) : I am getting the results only which we done in the business configuration work centre ,

But we want see more Monthly wise history of master data creation details ex 😞 New Supplier creation history ( Who Created , When it created ), New Bank Creation (who created and when it created )

Please help me to resolve my requirement

Hello Krishna,

For the bank :

Data source FINHBACTB -- shows the detiails of the bank account. However this does not show change history or creation  / Changed details.

For Supplier and Customer, you can use Change collector under application and user management. That gives you all the details of the changes performed for selection (Similar to changes tab in the supplier)

Hello Krishna

Configuration Change History is a report showing the change history of business configuration. If you want to check other report, please go to the related work center and check the report view.

For example, if you want to check who and when a supplier is created, you can go to Business Partner Data - Reports or Payables - Reports. There you will find a report called "Supplier Detail". In it, you can check who and when a supplier is created. 

When you go to the report view of a work center, all the reports related to this work center will show. If you do not find the desired one, it implies that currently such data is not supported in report.
