Follow the below steps to maintain the Code list mapping for Payment Form Code:

1. Go to Fine Tuning activity "Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions"
2. Go to Maintain Code List Mapping
3. Add Row under Code List Mapping Definition Tab
4. Maintain Mapping Group "Employee Central Integration"
5. Local Data Type Name "PaymentFormCode"
6. Description "Payment Form Code"
7. Add Code List Mapping Rule "Map Individual Codes"
8. Add Code List Mapping "05" and "09"
