Replication Error: Change too far in Payroll Past

Hello,

I am trying to replication employee data from SAP Successfactors to SAP HCM. I am getting this same error for multiple employees:

Change too far in payroll past (01.06.2018) Infotype 0008, subtype 0 with error

Please help me in fixing this error.

Probably the payroll area of these employees are set to allow the earliest retro to, for example, 1/2020, and the data of the record you are replicating is before this date, like 12/2019. Access PA03 for the payroll are of these employees and change this date.

I think that it will solve your issue.
