Hi,
we have a ECC SAP System connected to a Central Finance System.
FI documents are being replicated from Source to CFIN.
in one scenario, we are creating FI Items (Document type "RV" Billing Doc Transfer) through a sales Order. T-Code VF01.
We then cancel the sales order which automatically cancels the Billing document and the FI Document.
The cancelled FI Item is posted through T-Code VF11. The cancellation item arrives in CFIN -AIF but has an error
"A document with reference key 0090039067 does not exist in the system" (0090039067 being the new cancellation source FI Item we are trying to replicate).
Clearing Information is intial in the cancelled data, but that shouldnt be problem because cancelling through FB08 works (where Clearing Infomation Item /Header is also missing).
Question: why is AIF trying to look for a document which is not posted in CFIN?
Hi rpopalzai,
Did you check the OSS note 3125979 - "F5 046 A document with reference key &1 does not exist in the system"? It might be helpful with the troubleshooting.

Bohdan

Yes, I have. it is an old Note and the solution Notes provided there were already in the support packages installed.
I found a fresh note 3333698 - CFin Replication error 'A document with reference key **** does not exist in the system' for reversal of down payment request.
lets see if this solves the issue.
Regards,
Rashed
