Replacement of table VBUK & VBUP in S4HANA

We're in the process of migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. Could anyone provide recommendations for the replacement of the following tables and fields in S/4HANA?

• VBUK-KOSTK
• VBUK-FKSTK
• VBUK-VBTYP_EXT

VBUK & VBUP are moved directly into corresponding tables VBAK & VBAP.
