Hi All 

Anyone here is a more knowledgeable Technical Expert specialised in RemoteApp Cloud Work Resources connection?

Any idea how to solve Remote App Cloud Work Resources connection problem that happens suddenly on specific windows user computer?

We have provided first level support in troubleshooting remote user RemoteApp Cloud Work Resources connection problem on specific computer.  The best workaround solution now is done to allow user remote login to SAP Business One in SAP Server using Remote Desktop Connection to SAP Server.   

 Troubleshooting steps:

Signed out the hang and disconnected remote sessions of in remote integration server Task Manager Users Tab before re login
 
Re created the Remote App Cloud Work Resources shortcut with the correct remote password   

Tested SAP User Log8 can connect SAP Business One successfully directly in the remote integration server without using RemoteApp shortcut from User Computer

Remote User is able to connect SAP Business One using RemoteApp Cloud Work Resources successfully in a different computer so we can isolate this is specific Computer related issue not remote login password issue

login as Windows Administrator or other windows user profile in the same problematic to confirm Remote App Cloud Work Resources shortcut is working or not (to be confirmed)

Last resort is reformat the Computer but there is no guarantee the same problem will not recur again
