Reminder Letter for Order Acknowledgment using BRF+ in S4 HANA 1610

Hi,

We want to send reminder letter to supplier for not sending PO acknowledgment after 1 day of sending PO to supplier. We want to do this using new BRF+ functionality for output mgmt.

In Confirmation Control key, I have setup Monitoring Period as 1 and clicked checkbox for Reminder letter in that.

I have configured system for normal Print output using BRF+, but unable to understand how system will trigger Print output for reminder letter. Will it be done automatically?

Also please let me know where can we maintain PO layout form for reminder letter in BRF+.

Please see the F1 field help for the monitoring period, as it explains that the value entered is related to the delivery date and not to the PO creation date (delivery date minus number of days entered)

Hi Jurgen,

Next to 'Monitoring Period', there is a field 'Ref. Date' and it allows us to set reference date as '1-PO date plus monitoring time' or '2-Delivery date minus monitoring time'.

However my concern not really related to that. We are able to trigger output message for reminder letter using old NACE functionality. We want to trigger it using new BRF+ functionality for Reminder letter.
