REM :The reporting point backflush quantity in MF26 (RP Report) is not matching with the MF12 (REM Document log) records. It shows excess -ve qty in the operation. Not sure. Also MF4R is not clearing the -ve qty.

Have you tried to do confirmation for the reporting point which has -ve quantity using MFBF ? It should solve your problem
