Release order from SAP Asset Manager

Dear all

I'M sending open work orders for application but according to business req we need send open order and create confirmation for them

Hi Aliaksander,

In the back end (ERP/S4) when we configure work order types we specify what status the work order has when it is created: usually this is "Created" status, but to suit this scenario you describe you should use a work order type that is in status release when it is created. In this way it should all work as you hope.

As a maintenance guy I might suggest that a specific work order type be defined for this "see and do" scenario, for both reporting and control reasons.

When you configure your order type it is the "release immediately" setting:

Hope this helps, of course there are other approaches but I'd suggest this is the simplest and least work way.

So from mobile device we can't release order manually like on the back-end ?
