Release cancelled purchase orders

How can i get the list of release cancelled purchase orders

There really isn't a direct way of finding the list of PO's which are rejected during Release. As it only changes the Release Status of the PO to the previous one.

So go to RSSCD100 report in SE38 using Object Class EINKBELEG and give in the table EKKO. Try and filter out PO's for a certain time frame and cut short the list by choosing the PO's for which the statuses had been changed from a higher status to a lower one.

you can see thru ME2N tcode in deletion indicator field ,that is showing L.

Hi Badri,

I didn't get your exact requirement. I guess, you are expecting a list of POs which are not released and Release was canceled. Am I right?

If this is the case, the you can find the list form Table EKKO with fields Release ind. as ' N ' and Proc. state as ' 8 '.  

There are six Proc. State as below -

If u are expecting a list of POs which were released and then POs were canceled, you can find the same in table EKKO with Deletion Ind. as ' L '  & Release ind. as ' R '
