Hi Kumar,
Try creating the relationship A028 between E (training course) & Q (qualification) w. respective proficiency level through PP01 (Make it allowed through T77S0). Then go and make the employee attend that course through TEM transactions. Check whether the qualification is added to IT0024.

Hi Dilek
Iam very much delighted to know all this stuff from you.
Sorry to trouble you with one more doubt ,
I want to track the number of training hours per employee per year , Do we have any std reports on this requirement or any development required ?
Need ur assisstance on this
Thanks and regards
Kumar
Hi Kumar Nag,
The allowed relationships in T777E, indicates whether you want to allow to maintain the infotypes using this allowed relationship (Q-P 032).
PP01 - is a basic Transaction where you can create/maintain all Objects.
If you remove the tick mark, It will allow you to maintain the relationship using PP01 (which is a basic transaction) to maintain all Objects.
If you select the tick mark, it will not allow you to maintain the relationship using PP01.
I think this clarifies your doubt.
Please reward maximum points without fail.

Venu
