We are facing an issue in SAP fiori where one of the requirement is to send reminder/rejection email to suppliers for RFQ. It seems that this is not a standard functionality.
Therefore, we thought about setting the output type in dispatch time 2 (scheduled) and try to force the sending by clicking on send output in application"Manage RFQ". The button remain grayed out and the status is either in preparation or to be output even after trying to use the app manage output items.
Is there any solution to force reminder/rejection email sending to suppliers?
