Rejected web service response error using Query Individual Products API from SAP Business Bydesign

Hello experts

Im currently testing the Query individual products webservice in both SoapUI and Postman, however im getting a rejected response. when i check the business communication monitor for rejected webservice calls i get the following error:

The detailed error description may not be available in logon language: Element 'ProcessingConditions' missing

when i check the xml the ProcessingConditions part of the body is included/visible but im not sure what the issue is. Any ideas on whats going wrong? Apologies if my question is vague and willing to elaborate more if needed, im new to sap software and still learning.

Show your request if you want help with the syntax. If it's very large, try and cut out the middle part, it's the end of the request we need to see.

This looks like an issue with the payload which you are sending to the system.
