Hi,

Its possible through two (or more) different output types. You have to manually enter the output type for older version and you'll have to write logic to fetch previous values from EREV table.

Sudeep.

Hi,

If you want the print for documentation purpose, you may proceed with the abaper as per the logic already explained by Mr. Sudeep. It will be better if you give hardcoded text like "OBSELETE" or "OLD VERSION" in the printout of old version PO. Ask the abper for the same.

Hi,

Could you please explain the business requirement behind versionwise print.

If you have sent a PO to a vendor and you want to change any critical values in PO and the same to be informed to vendor, you can take the printout again. Here the PO is amended. Please note that the PO is ammended only if you have already transmitted the PO to the vendor and you want to change the PO. Here, you can send the amended PO with version number. If the PO is amended and sent again  to vendor, the old version is no longer valid and there is no logic in taking printout of old version.

   Hope its clear.

Regards,

AKPT
