Hi Experts,
i had a requirement where in i need to upload external time data into Successfactors EC timesheet using Dell Boomi. I have tried to upload the external time data into SF by making use of ODATA API "External Time Record". But when i tried doing so, i can't see the number of hours field in this API to upload in the SF Timesheet.
However, i can see the number of hours field in other ODATA API "External Time segment", but this API doesnot have the date and userid field.
Could you please suggest me how can i proceed further?
Regards
Giridhar
i saw typically, customer has done this both
External Time Record and Segment for an employee via the O Data API's. run the Time Sheet Import External Times Job
After upserting external time records via the OData API, the data are waiting in a staging area in status "New". From there, a Time Sheet job included in the TLMTriggerTasks job will read the "New" time records and generate time sheets and time sheet entries from them. Time records which have been processed successfully will be set to status "Processed".
The TLMTriggerTasks job is scheduled to run daily so there is some gap in between the upsert of external time records and the TLMTriggerTasks job runtime where the external time records are not yet transferred to the time sheet and stored there as time sheet entries.
