Regarding retro active accounting?

Hi

        Can I tell the system that only if I change cost center in Infotype 0001 then only the system should trigger retro?How can i conrol this in SAP system? Please help.

There are many fields on IT0001 that should trigger retroactive payroll calculation, so you should be careful when trying to set limits on the infotype's parameters.

But, if you want to look at these settings, access the IMG (t-code = spro) and follow

Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing Procedures > Infotypes > Define fields relevant for retroactive accounting.

HI Rakesh,

To trigger Retrospective payroll calculation, Go to SM30--> Table-V_T588G and add the field that you want to set the retroactive calculation. Provide the Field technical name and create new record into the table.

So that If any changes to IT0001 Cost centre then this will update the It0003 Master data change date hence during the payroll run this will pick the retroactively from the start date of the record which got changed.
