Refresh Option in reports

Dear all, 

In some reports there is an option of refreshing report.

Need to add same option to FMRP_RW_BUDCON, please suggest how to make it

Report Writer? Run the transaction, in the menu: navigate to environment, technical information to display

• Table
• Library
• Report group
• Program version

Then ask an abaper to go to report writer/painter to adapt/copy report.

Hi, found the solution for my requirement. 

In order to get the refresh option in this report " Expert mode" should be switched on in Environment> Options:
