Recurring PR

I'm new in sap mm and i want to know what is recurring PR and also its process

I am only obliquely familiar with purchasing workflow.

Material have no stock or stock available?

Material have outline agreement?

Lead time in material master and outline agreement!

Did these PR created on MRP run!
