Hello,

We have the same issue here.
Is there already more information and/or a solution available?

The user with these error messages cannot use the app "Upload Customer items" anymore.

Thanks in advance,
Diseré

Hello,
From what we understand, the error message appears immediately upon opening the "Upload Customer Open Items" app—specifically, right after launching it, even before any upload action is attempted.

We can't reproduce this issue in our internal systems. Could you please create a customer ticket for this? This will allow us to log into your environment directly and conduct a more in-depth analysis to identify the root cause.

Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
Doreen

Hello, this error occurs when you upload a corrupted Excel file. Subsequent uploads are then impossible. The error message posted above as a screenshot always occurs. SAP Support told us to look at the following Note 3602261 Resolution Upgrade your SAP system to SAP_GWFND 752 or higher. I can't imagine that upgrading SAP_GWFND is the solution here, hope the topic creator can tell us the solution.
