Hi All,
We have a requirement where we want the Rebate to be only applied till a certain value and no rebate should be applied beyond that value. Can this be achieved by standard configuration?
Example: Apply 5$/ EA rebate till quantity 100 EA.
If business volume = 40 EA --> Rebate = 5* 40 =200$
If business volume = 100 EA --> Rebate = 5* 100= 500
If business volume = 120 EA --> Rebate = 5*100 = 500 ( No rebate beyond 100 EA)
Thanks,
Priya

As @GauthierVictor informed, this can be achieved only through Graduated interval scale. For graduated interval scale, you need to go for development as this is not supported in CCM.
Let me explain how the graduated-to interval works with an example: If you maintained the scales in the condition contract as below:
3% up to 10,000 = $300
4% from 10001 to 50000 = $1600
5% from 50001 to 100,000 = $2500
And customer has reached a total business volume of $200,000. Business volume has exceeded the highest scale. For the highest scale calculation, business volume will be considered only till $100,000.
Below will be the calculation.
Tier 1: 3% up to 10,000 = $300
Tier 2: 4% from 10001 to 50000(40K) = $1600
Tier 3: 5% from 50001 to 100,000(50K) = $2500
Total rebate to settle should be ($300+$1600+$2500 😃 $4400.

I understand that a custom code is needed , but do we create a Alternative Condition Formula or how is this achived in CCM. The SAP note doesnt provide information on how to do this.
Hi @priya_sshekhar,
It looks like you've asked a similar question before, just phrased differently. You may find the response I've already provided in your previous post helpful, as it addresses the same scenario:
