Reading attachments from FB03 externally from backend tables

Hi Everyone,

Could you please let me know how can I read the attachments from the backend tables which appear in FB03 TCode?

What are the tables involved to read the attachments and in what format the data are stored in the tables?

I am trying to read this from a BI tool to display the documents in the tool by reading data from the backend tables.

I think these documents are stored in binary format, if so how can the binary format be converted to the document type?
