Read Freight order header and item texts in Custom BTP Adobe Forms in S4 HANA Public Cloud

Hi,

We are trying to develop custom forms using adobe form services through BTP, and we require to read header text/item text from freight order/billing document. But we are unable to identify any released CDS view to be consumed, and we are not able to use 'READ_TEXT' functionality.

Kindly provide us with feasible solution to get the values from header and item text.
