Hi Pardeep,

I think source inspection can cover the third-party inspection you mentioned.

And regarding to the cost tracking in QM, there is no workaround in public cloud. A feature reqeust needs to be raised.

Best Regards,
Matt

Hi Pardeep,

With "Cost of poor Quality", do you mean Quality-Related Costs? If yes, this is not supported in public cloud.

With "Third Party inspection in QM", do you mean source inspection? If yes, then you can refer to following links for more information:
Editing Quality Info Records
Triggering of Source Inspections

Hope this can help.

Best Regards
Matt

Hi Matt_Sui

Thank you for your response. From my understanding, Third-Party inspection refers to a customer-appointed third-party entity assessing the quality of goods at the manufacturer's location. Could you confirm if the source inspection will cover the same aspect? If so, I would like to close the thread on this.

Regarding the Cost of Poor Quality, it is primarily a way to track the costs. If it isn't available in the Public Cloud, could you suggest an alternative solution? Our customer is requesting it.
