RE-FX: Best practice for posting impairments on objects in a lease contract #COE #DLW

Dear Community,

For an IFRS16 Lease In contract (RE-FX) implementation, we are challenged with posting impairments. After consulting the various notes & FAQ on the knowledge base, trying to use the unplanned depreciation condition remains unclear:

• In the app Manage Contract (GUI), the condition adds another lease in buildings condition automatically.
• This does not happen in the Contract Management app.

Is it possible to maintain and post impairments (unplanned depreciations) on Buildings in an existing contract? If so, what is the best practice?
