Rate field does not accept three digit decimals number in SAP B1 TCS Setting Form

Hi all,

I am facing issue on setting Rate as .075 for TCS on New Feature of SAP B1. I have checked in General setting-> Display that it is already set that Rate field can accept 4 decimal digits. But when I am going to update rate in WTax Setting window, system automatically round third digits and make it two digits like I fill 0.075 but system accept .08 . I need to update it as .075 only. How I can do it, Please guide anyone.
