Range number message error for create billing document "Message no. SIPT468"

Hello team,

While trying to create a billing document for Portugal after successfully creating the sales order, i'm encountering the next "message no. SIPT468" : Document $000000002: ATCUD: Number range no. 19 is missing in configuration for dig. signature."

The diagnosis says that there is no validation code available for the series in the Manage Series Validation Codes App but i can't really figure how this code transaction will be helping as no data is available neither can be added to assign the required validation code to the series as mentioned in the screenshot below.

Can you please help with this ?

Not sure in which country, the billing document could not be generated but have a look at OSS note 2669314 which might give you some right direction to narrow down your issue.
