Quotation Balance Not Reflecting When User Uses the quotation to create the Sales Order

While creation the sales order by using quotation use as with refences, the balance of the quotation is not reflecting as the open order quantity. Instead it displays the total quotation quantity to the user GUI screen  

In Performance Assistant it is mentioned as following but it is not working as it is like that

Examples

• A quotation item is complete only when it is fully referenced by a sales order. If the quotation item quantity is 100 pieces and the sales order calls for 20 pieces, the open quantity is 80 pieces.

• A quantity contract item is complete only when it is fully referenced by a sales order. If the contract item quantity is 1000 pieces, the sales order calls for 20 pieces, and the customer returns 10 pieces, the open quantity is 990 pieces.

• You copy one quotation into another. The open quantity remains the same.

• An inquiry item is completed by the first reference to it. If the item quantity is 100 pieces and a subsequent quotation refers to 20 pieces, the open quantity is zero.

Without sharing the screen shot, it is very difficult to understand your issue.  When you say open quantity is not copied to sales order, did you check whether already a sales order is created with the same quotation?  Please share the screen shot of document flow for that line item for better understanding.

Yes, it is already used quotation, but open quantity is not reflecting instead it is reflecting the total quotation quantity when try to create the sales order
