"No personal master record exists for person 0" occurs in APP Perform Maintenance Jobs - SAP S/4HANA

Hi Experts,

When I click on "Assign to Me" after selecting an operation in the "Perform Maintenance Job" Fiori app, I receive the following error:

"No personal master record exists for person 0"

However, please note the following:

I have a personnel number maintained for myself in PA30.

A corresponding Business Partner (BP) is also created.

My personnel number is correctly assigned to the work center associated with the operation.

Could you please advise what might be causing this error, or if there is any missing link (e.g., HR integration, user ID assignment, or infotype setup) that I should check?

and Is there any method to confirm without assign the operation to employee?

Hello Ahmed,

Did yo link your personnel number (HR) to your userId (logon). It's the condition for the system to be able to know how is currently loged in !

To create the link, please go into the infotype "communication" for you personnal number, and then create a type 0001 (System user name) with your username.
