"GL account is not Defined in Chart of Accounts XXXX ” - Error while releasing Billing document

Hi Experts,

The end user while releasing the billing document in VFX3  getting the error “ GL account is not Defined in Chart of Accounts XXXX ”. We have checked that all the GL accounts defined in the Account Determination of the Billing document are already existing in FS00 and correctly configured in VKOA. the Customer recon account and the Tax GL are also defined in FS00. We have checked the OSS note 1596752 as well but got no clue regarding the error message. Could you please let me know your views how to resolve this issue.

Pl maintain that GL in required company in FS00 tcode.

In VF02 in REVENUE Account determination pl find which GL appear and if it is correct GL then create in FS00 or else pl change this GL in VKOA transaction

Hi...thanks for the reply. All the GL accounts in the Revenue Account determination of VF02 are in place both in FS00 and VKOA. Also the VAT GL and Customer recon account are already defined in FS00 and configured. VAT GL is already in place in FTXP. but still we are getting the error
