Hello community

May you please assist

I am getting the following error when posting a difference on a material with serial numbers in transaction MI20/mi07: "Delete physical invent. active" is not allowed (EQU 262380 ) Message no. BS002

In MI04/MI05 I didnt enter the serial numbers with status INST (Installed) so I dont understand why they came up in my error log.

Could you view the equipment status (complete: system + user) with IQ03, click on the 'i' information icon to the right of the system/user status, then look at the 'Business Processes' tab for allowed/denied processes.

NB: The BP code for 'Delete physical invent. active' is PMTD

Hi Raymond

There is a red light for Delete physical invent. active in IQ03 in Business processes. How can I make it green?

In system status I0184 ESTO, PMTD is allowed as we can see in above attachment but the erro is still there.

May you please give me more details regarding the solution for this error

Thanks in advance

Hi Oscar,

The system status for this serial number /equipment is INST (Installed). But as said, in MI04/MI05 I didnt enter this serial number. I wonder why the system generated any error message for Installed meter, since is not even in our storage location, we didnt count it.

Hi Raymond Giuseppi,

I have gone through the system status in BS22, I have solved the problem. PMTD was not set as allowed in all required system status.

Thank you all for assisting
