Hello,
My Customer is considering SAP PCE now. I am preparing contents of COF(Customer Onboarding Form), so I have questions about it.
1. Preprovisioning form -> Customer Onboarding Form
According to guide document, the name was changed into COF, and that form made with web site. Isn't docx file used any more?
2. /22 IP Range
If I want to separate subnet(or C class) between DEV, QAS, PRD, how should I provide information?
If I provide /22 IP range, does SAP seperate subnet(or Class) in provided /22 IP Range?
Or should I provide another IP range for DEV, and QAS?
3. AWS network connectivity with Transit Gateway
Document about AWS network connectivity to SAP PCE advises 3 methods to access SAP PCE in AWS. Those are VPN, Direct Connect, and VPC peering with existing Customer's AWS VPC. Other Customers connect between SAP PCE and Customer's Existing AWS VPC with AWS transit gateway. How can I connect with transit gateway? Is another questionnaire about transit gateway provided?
Request clarification before answering.
Dear PCA,
Thank you for uploading the questions to the forum.
[Question 1]
Please use the Online COF. The offline PCE Pre Provisioning Form (PPF) has been retired. Please refer to the supporting documents from the PCA Wiki.
When creating the COF, you could find more additional supporting documents from 'Help'.
[Question 2]
Yes, customers can use different subnets for DEV/PROD/QA tiers. The customer should provide another IP range for DEV and QAS.
However, this will only be a logical separation, all subnets are in the same VNET/VPC. If the customer requests this before the build, it will be done free of charge for three subnets.
When creating COF, please check 'YES' if you want a different Subnet. Please provide another IP range in the S2DHO process.
[Question 3]
Transit Gateway Peering is supported. Please use the Network Connectivity Questionnaire - TGW tab.
Network Connectivity Questionnaire Excel file could be downloaded from the COF - 'Form Actions'.

Thank you.
