Like to know blueprint phase activities and difference between questionnaire and document collection from the client.

Blue Print Phase is where you describe the legacy business process of client mapping in SAP, Where you need to mention all the material types, number ranges, vendor account groups, different document types and business process in SAP.
Questionnaire is nothing but how you enquire about client legacy system.
Documentation is a written document where you mention all the points noted during the questionnaire period.
