The go-to documentation which you can refer is - https://www.sap.com/about/trust-center/agreements/cloud/cloud-services.html?sort=title_asc&search=S/... which states -

SAP will provide Customer, at no additional charge, with the following capabilities for RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud: (i) offsite database backups to disk (i.e. weekly full / nightly incremental / archive logs multiple times daily to separate storage array); and (ii) commercially reasonable efforts to restore productive tenants from backups as soon as practicable in case of a disaster resulting in loss of the production Customer may subscribe to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, disaster recovery, subject to an additional fee, for enhanced disaster recovery service. This service is stated in https://www.sap.com/about/agreements/policies/cloud-service-specifications.html?sort=latest_desc&sea....

Also the link which you are referring is for SAP HANA Cloud and not S/4HANA Cloud (Public). There is no explicit backup schedule which is published externally, but as S/4HANA Cloud being a SaaS solution from SAP for ERP, it internally uses advanced database management solution to store customer data and a For data backup and recovery purposes, a redundant hardware storage system performs regular backups. The only schedule available is mentioned above and there are daily full backups running with 2 hours incremental backups in terms of frequency. Also Retention times for the backups of Production systems is 4 weeks, while non-productive (Quality) systems it is 2 weeks.

Hi, ok, but how about human mistakes? What if some angry accountant deleted hundred of documents and thus made tenant inoperative? Does SAP support just one tenant restore?
