 We want to create the query with 100 projects with several years selected for the initial budget

We want to compare the initial budget with the current budget

The year and period for the initial budget depends on when the project started

 Example query with3 projects

 Prompt : Year :2025 Period : 001

 Option 1: use the range for year and period for the initial budget
