We have one UDF like U_FAItem
Approval Template working based on Query (SELECT Distinct 'TRUE' FROM OPOR WHERE $[OPOR."U_FAItem"] = 'YES' and $[OPOR."BPLName"] = 'Chennai')
When maker create a Purchase Order in Chennai Branch for Fixed asset Items.
That time approval template is working. And Purchase order go for approval.
Now our problem is, This approval template is not working when UPDATE the purchase order by maker after posted from Draft.
When we have a condition like "Launch Approval Process: Always" under Terms tab, the template will working properly.
When we have a Query, the template is not working.
Kindly provide the solution for this. This is Audit related issues. Need your valuable reply ASAP.
