We want to know how the financial and other data can be retrieved from SAP when a system is no longer available or for other reasons a customer no longer has a user for the system (e.g. after the end of the contract)
Request clarification before answering.
In general in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition systems - you can use the app - Customer Data Return to retrieve business data. Please check the app & the documentation I linked in order for getting more information on this topic.
