Quality notification partner SAP CLOUD PUBLIC EDITION

I am creating this question because we found that for sap public cloud, it is not possible to modify the partner determination procedures form the CBC, by the contraty, it is just possible to access in diplay mode.

However, for a project, My client has requested to insert a department/group as responsible partner and not just a sap user, and to all the people inside that department/group, send the notification or task. They need to insert as a partner in a quality notification, each department of their company, not just a user but the whole department. I have try with the manage teams and responsabilities app, but we did not find a solution. The last an unique way that I know it could work is doing it from the customizing, as in the private and in the on-premise solution it is possible to do it, and this request would be solved doing this process.

But in the public cloud, I am not allowed to implement a new partner determination procedure in which I want to implement the partner function AB (department responsible) inside the quality notifications.

I need your help in order to understand if there is another workaround for this problem in which I can insert a department of the company inside a notification as a partner.

Maybe I found a way to solve this, using the position responsible ST type of partner. The problem is that there is no data available in the search help. There is no data for position responsible and I can not find a way to insert data for this type of partner. Do you know how to do it? Could you help me with this?

   • The 'Position Responsible' partner function is designed to assign responsibilities based on organizational positions. If the search help for this function returns no data, it indicates that positions haven't been maintained or linked appropriately. To address this:
     • Maintain Organizational Positions: Ensure that organizational positions are defined in the system.
     • Assign Users to Positions: Link users to these positions so that the system recognizes the association.
     • Configure Partner Determination: Set up the partner determination procedure to include the 'Position Responsible' partner function, allowing the assignment of positions to quality notifications.

3. Automatic Partner Determination:
