Hi,

How I can automatic send an e-mail/notification to a list of recipients in relation to specific priority value?

How I can set a list of recipient?

Take help of Abap for enhancement of FM but first config workflow for event . Task release or create at QM SPRO workflow in QM.

FM is like mail plus ATTACH pdf and send. Std one at QMMAIL as followup action... Create Z FM by passing the program into No action zone in code by marking X.

Later add one more FM which can send from first FM e details as addition at QMMAIL . ABAP need to work here a little for connection of two FM s
