Quality Inspection Stock getting picked during Batch Determination (SD)

During Batch Determination at Sales Order Level (VCH3 conditions), the system is considering Batches that are in Quality Inspection. As a result, these quality batches are getting pulled in the delivery during delivery creation.

Could anyone please suggest what could have caused this. Issue does not replicate in Quality. However this has been observed a couple of times in Production.

Hi,

1) Restrict the quality stock from ATP check which you can do in OVZ9 configuration

2) in MM03 view of Material , you will get the checking group and checking rule can be avilable in OPJK which is config. There will be checking rule with the combination of checking group and chekcing rule in OPJJ and exclude the quality inspection stock from that checking rule and checking group combination.

3) it can also resticted by maintaining batch characteristic with Batch status in the sort rule which you are using for batch determination procedure. For this, Activation of Batch status must in configuration
