Quality info record in procurement - user status

Greetings,

we have defined a user status scheme for quality info records in procurement. This status scheme can be manually added to the info record.

We add the status to the info record manually and we can manage it in QI02 transaction. But this functionality is not available in "Manage Quality Info Records" Fiori app.

Regarding this topic I have two questions:

1. Is it possible to assign a default user status scheme to quality info records
2. Is is possible to change user status (update it) in "Manage Quality Info Records" Fiori app or is there any reason why it isn't possible

Hi @memem, I am seeking your help with the following if possible: I am implementing FAI for a client in SAP Public cloud without PPAP. Thereby, I need to configure status profile at QIR (Quality Info Record) level, but I am not seeing the fild in QI01, and also no config point for status profile in QIR. can you please advice?!

@nzianiI was able to get access to a public cloud system and the "Manage Quality Info Records" app is the same as in on premise S4 HANA. This means that no status field is available. Can you share how were you able to access QI01 transaction in public cloud?

Regarding my initial problem - we implemented additional fields which are missing in Fiori app:

• quality info record user status
• manufacturer information in case of MPN
