Hello all,

We are trying to obtain the quality certificate for inspection lots. The data that is due displayed on the quality certificate must be taken from the batch results records inspection. But we are getting the following error when we select “Send Output” :

Is there any posible solution for this?

To carry out this process, you must first make certain configuration of the “output parameter determination” which was carried out following the indicated sequence by placing the necessary data for the “outbound delivery item” section.

Once this is done the configuration, we proceeded to create the certificate profile in which the characteristics that must be taken, the material assigned, etc. Once this is finished parameterization, the sales order is made, the inspection lot is generated, and the results and the decision to use is made. At this point the certificate must be generated and must be reflected in the following location “Menu/ Extras/ Delivery Output/ Item” of the outbound delivery.

When we enter the location described above, we see that the certificate is in “In Preparation” status with “Channel”Email (the channel needed is “Print”) but when we select “Send Output” it gives us the error.

It should be noted that the email that was posted is with a domain that is allowed and this is very different from the one shown in the error message

Thanks & Regards

Hello,

What is the processing status of the output request if you press send output?
If it is completed, than the issue seems to be the setup on the output management side.

If the status is "Error" you should check the log. In most cases the assignment of a certificate profile is missing or during processing of the certificate the system does not find any inspection for the characteristics given in the profile.

Best regards,
Holger
