QTD functionality on Group Financial Statements Review Booklet app

Hi,

I am trying to create a report in group reporting, in the review booklet app. More specifically the Group Financial Statements in Group Reporting Public Cloud edition.

I am having issues when displaying the data by quarter to date.

The report offers various fields in the Available Objects - Structure section and I was able to find the field "Closing Quarter P/YYYY". However, this field retrieves the data for the entire quarter instead of from the first period of the quarter to the period selected in the report filters.

Example, if my Quarter 1 goes from Jan to March and I want my report to retrieve February data, my expectation of the QTD is to retrieve January + February data. However, the field "Closing Quarter P/YYYY" in the Group Financial Statements Review Booklet app pulls January + February + March. 

How can I obtain the field QTD-Quarter to date where the field retrieves the aggregated value of the first period of the quarter to the actual reporting period?

I have also tried creating the field using the "Add Calculation" functions, but I couldn't make it work due to the lack of necessary fields.

Is there another report in Group Reporting where the field QTD-Quarter to date (or Closing quarter to date) could be available?

In Group Financial Statements APP. if you choose Quarter, system only retrieve data based on quarter.

You cannot retrieve January + February data. System must retrieve full quarter data and ignore your input period data in filter.

For your demand, I guess you need to create a custom report in Group data analysis.
