QR code for already active account in SAP Cloud Platform new device

Hello All,

I have set up two factor authentication in my mobile and now I do not have access to that mobile anymore.

Now, I want to set it up on new mobile device but I do not get the option to get the QR code.

It only gives the option to deactivate it and it asks for the passcode when I click it.

Hi Shahir,

This is a common use case. You will need to contact your Cloud Administrator who has access to SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service to trigger your On boarding process and there by you'll receive the activation link with QR code, which is a 2 minute task for the administrator for your access to S4HANA Cloud application.
