QA16 not showing 03 inspection lot

Hi All ,

I am trying to make collective UD for 03 inspection type lots with QA16 . These lots contain long term MICs also . But when I am executing the tcode I am not able to see the lots in list for a particular material  .

1. In QA16 , checkbox for "include long term mic" selected .

2. In RR , all results have been made and are with status 5 .

3. These inspection lots are related to inspection points .

Also when I execute QA40 , then these lots gets saved with the UD . Can anybody help why in QA16 , I am not able to see lots for this material .

Are all the inspection points valuated?

Hi Craig ,

Yes all inspection points are valuated and just to add to info I am using selected sets from a plant which is not same as that of lot plant .

The selected set shouldn't affect that.  Are all the results passed?

Yes all results are passed . For one material its not showing the lots . Also for other materials lots with REL CALC status are also displayed in QA16 .
