Hello friends
I ran into a problem. Is it possible to specify a person as the person responsible for the purchase while creating the purchase request, so that later only that person will be responsible for creating the purchase order?

Hi,

The purchase group field is intended for this purpose and you can build authorization roles based on purchase groups.

Hi,

Why don't you use Requisitioner field for that purpose? Also, you can make it mandatory field and the User who is creating the PR he can add his name in it.

Thank you for your answer The requisitioner field is mandatory and is used for the requester's name. I need to have a field to which I can assign the purchasing manager. And filter Pr based on that in the process Purchase Requisition app. thanks
