Purchase Requisitions hide "Public Template check" in template buttons

We have the need in ME51N Requisitions -> Save as template -> Have to "disable" the Public Template option.

It is a check that by confusion is checked by those who make their templates visible globally, and we don't want that.

Any idea how to hide or disable the "Public Template" check in the ME51N at the Save as template level?

I have checked it by SAP1625040 note and even at M_TEMPLATE authorization object level but it was not possible, I don't know if there is any other way.
